My Life, My Town

Standard

This semester at KBIA, I have been working on a project called, “My Life, My Town.” It tells the story of growing up in a small town through the lives of Missouri teenagers.

My assignment has been to travel to Glasgow and follow a brother and sister involved in agriculture. I followed both of them around the town, in school functions and even around the farm with a Missourian photographer. One sibling wants to stay on the farm, the other does not.

When we went to follow the family on their farm, I got a few pictures.

Since it is the end of the school year, I am piecing this project together this week and next-I am very excited to see how the project turns out. And I am not the only one who has been creating “My Life, My Town,” projects.  Here are some of a few KBIA has done in the past:

Hopefully, the agriculture story I am working on telling will turn out as good as these have. To learn more about the project, visit the “My Life, My Town,” website.
